AI Photographers ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name registered in England and Wales. We provide AI-powered professional headshot and corporate portrait photography services to individuals and organisations worldwide through our website at aiphotographers.co.uk (the "Site").
References to "you" or "the client" mean any individual or organisation purchasing or using our services.
We offer the following services, as described on our pricing page:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:
A contract between you and AI Photographers is formed when we send you a written order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
Our process is designed so you never pay until you are happy with your results. Here is how it works:
You are under no obligation to proceed or pay at any point before you have approved your final images.
To achieve the best results, we ask that you provide:
The quality of the final headshots is, in part, dependent on the quality of the photos you submit. We cannot guarantee identical results if the submitted photos are of low quality, heavily filtered, or poorly lit. We will always contact you if we feel the submitted photos are insufficient before proceeding.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
No payment is taken upfront. Payment is due only once you have reviewed your watermarked previews, requested any revisions, selected your final images, and confirmed you are satisfied with the results. We will then send you a payment link for the applicable package price. Your high-resolution, watermark-free gallery is released upon receipt of payment.
We do not offer credit or payment plans unless separately agreed in writing for corporate accounts.
For corporate accounts and bespoke projects, a formal quote will be provided and payment terms agreed in writing before work commences.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the point at which we receive all required photographs from you in a suitable format. We are not liable for delays caused by late or insufficient photo submission, technical issues beyond our reasonable control, or factors outside our control such as email delivery failures.
Completed headshots will be delivered as high-resolution digital files via a private online gallery link. Galleries are available for download for 90 days from the date of delivery, after which they are removed from our servers. We strongly encourage you to download and save your files upon receipt.
We want you to love your headshots. Each package includes the following revision rounds:

A "revision" means adjustments to background, colour grading, framing, or cropping of the delivered headshots. Revisions do not include the generation of entirely new headshots from different source photographs (which would constitute a new order), unless otherwise agreed.
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery of your completed headshots. Requests submitted after this period may be subject to additional charges.
When you submit our contact/enquiry form, any photographs you upload are stored securely on our server and used solely to assess your enquiry and prepare your watermarked previews. If no order is placed within 30 days, those photographs are permanently deleted. Your IP address is also recorded at the point of submission for the purpose of spam and abuse prevention; this is held for a maximum of 1 hour in our rate-limiting system. By uploading photographs to us, you confirm and warrant that:
By submitting your photographs, you grant AI Photographers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, time-limited licence to use, process, and store your photographs solely for the purpose of delivering your order. This licence expires upon completion and delivery of your order.
⚠️ We will never use your photographs in our marketing, portfolio, or any public-facing materials without your explicit written consent. Your photos are used exclusively to fulfil your order and are deleted from our servers within 30 days of order completion.
You indemnify AI Photographers against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of the warranties set out in this section.
Upon full payment and delivery of your completed headshots, AI Photographers assigns to you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images for personal and commercial purposes, including (but not limited to):
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence the delivered headshots as stock photography or as a standalone product without our prior written consent.
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of AI Photographers or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of our website content without our express written permission.
We may request your permission to display your delivered headshots in our portfolio or marketing materials. This is always optional and will only occur with your explicit written consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
If you wish to cancel your order before you have submitted your photographs to us, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at hello@aiphotographers.co.uk as soon as possible.
Once you have submitted your photographs and we have begun processing your order, we are unable to offer a full refund. If you cancel at this stage, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion depending on the work completed.
As our services result in personalised digital goods created specifically for you, we are generally unable to offer refunds after the completed headshots have been delivered. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which provide an exception to the standard 14-day cooling-off period for personalised digital content.
Your satisfaction matters greatly to us. If you are genuinely unhappy with the quality of your delivered headshots despite having submitted photographs meeting our guidelines, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer additional revisions, a partial credit, or in exceptional circumstances a refund.
We judge every situation on its merits and aim to do right by our clients. If something isn't right, please talk to us first — we'll always try to find a fair resolution.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We reserve the right to refuse service to, or immediately terminate the account of, any person who breaches these acceptable use provisions, without refund.
Our headshots are produced using AI imaging technology. While we work hard to deliver consistent, high-quality results, AI-generated images are inherently creative interpretations and may not perfectly replicate every detail of the submitted photographs. Results may vary depending on the quality and variety of photos submitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, AI Photographers shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using our headshots (e.g. increased LinkedIn views, job interview success, business results). Any such references on our website are illustrative only.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability we may have to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only; we do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
Our payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. Our website may also use Google Analytics and Google Ads services, subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
The terms applicable to your order are those in effect at the date your order is confirmed. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
We prefer to resolve any disputes amicably and directly. If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us in the first instance at hello@aiphotographers.co.uk. We will endeavour to respond within 5 working days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Consumer clients based in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or elsewhere in the UK retain the right to use the courts of their home jurisdiction.
For eligible consumer disputes, you may also refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider or the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform operated by the European Commission.
